We have a dedicated project management team that assists you and keeps you up to date during every step of the project. All of this begins with the Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator is the cornerstone of the entire process, coordinating teams and maintaining a direct open communication with our clients.
Our project management teams coordinate and communicate with clients, owners, engineers, and contractors making sure that the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently as possible. Clients are provided constant updates, communicating with the project management team almost daily via phone calls and emails. Our clients are updated on project status, timetables, adjustments to drawings and parts, changes to fabrication, and shipping updates.
We use an “execution of design” approach for breaking down a large project into manageable pieces. This way we can define the steps needed to handle the unique necessities of each project as well as refine all the ideas throughout the process. Our end goal is to sustainably create a quality product with minimal resource waste by simplifying, optimizing and refining the product design.
During this process, we collaborate with our clients to define their need, then design feasible custom solutions. We provide sign off drawings for clients to review and approve prior to us going into fabrication. A complete assembly manual with detailed drawings and electrical wiring diagrams are provided.
TESTING & QUALITY CONTROL
We perform constant tests on products during the manufacturing process to ensure it is being manufactured to specification and standards. Final inspection and performance testing are also performed by QC personnel on finished goods prior to being released. All parts are prefabricated at the factory, which allows for quick and easy installation with minimal disruption to your facility.
When needed, this process of simulation is a model-based representation of chemical, physical, biological and other technical process and unit operations in software. The goal is to find optimal conditions for an examined process.
Simulations are used on an as-needed basis when project specifications and client necessities demand safeguarding against specific scenarios.
We offer 3 modalities of installation for our clients once manufacturing is complete, providing real-time support and detailed installation instructions.
- Installation Instructions: If you have your own installation team, we provide detailed installation instructions that are concise and clear with hands-on support. - Installation Consultant: An installation consultant will be present onsite to consult your team on proper installation.
- Full-Service Installation Team: Our team will do the installation work onsite for you.
