Description
Cleanroom pass box, also called pass-through box or transfer hatch, is a cleanroom equipment mounted between two rooms or areas, through which materials, small or big, can be transferred between the two rooms or areas, thus saving the trouble of entering and leaving cleanroom, minimizing the air turbulence of opening and closing the doors, more importantly, lowering down or prevent from the risk of cross-contamination between the two rooms or areas.
Willson has two types of pass boxes, static pass box and dynamic pass box. Static pass box is mainly mounted between two rooms which have same cleanliness class in classified areas. Dynamic pass box is mainly mounted between two rooms which have different cleanliness class and air pressure, e.g. between classified area and “Controlled and Non-Classified (CNC) area. For materials to be transferred into a cleanroom with high cleanliness class (ISO-4/5/6, the dynamic pass box is highly recommended).
Willson pass box series are all CE-certified, reaching export EU standard.
