Dispensing booth, also know as reverse laminar air flow (RLAF), sampling booth, weighing booth or down-flow booth, is mainly applicable to pharmaceutical, food and healthcare industries. it is designed to provide vertical laminar airflow to work area, most of air is recycled within booth, partial air is exhausted, so as to make working area in negative pressure state, thus containing particles or powder from overflowing outside of booth when weighing or sampling raw materials are conducted inside booth. More importantly, the negative pressure booth can protect worker’s health from inhaling particles or powders.
Control Modes
According to control mode, our downflow booth has two versions:
1: Standard Version: Varied Frequency Device (VFD)-control Mode; 2: Advanced Version: PLC-control Mode

A dispensing booth, know as downflow booth, reverse laminar air flow (RLAF), sampling booth or weighing booth, is a specialized enclosure designed to provide a controlled environment for the dispensing of materials or substances. Dispensing booths typically feature HEPA filtration systems to remove airborne particulates and can be designed with a variety of features such as negative pressure, laminar flow, and air conditioning to meet specific requirements.
Working Principle of Dispensing Booth
Dispensing booths work on the principle of providing a controlled environment for the dispensing of materials or substances. This is achieved by creating a physical barrier between the operator and the surrounding environment, and by filtering the air within the booth to prevent contamination.
Dispensing booths feature a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtration system, which removes airborne particles from the air passing through it. This helps to prevent contamination of the materials being dispensed, as well as protecting the operator from exposure to hazardous substances.

Varied Frequency Device (VFD) control mode, as the name suggest, is a mode that by adjusting supply frequency, the rotary speed of blower, that is, the airflow will be changed accordingly. Higher frequecy, higher rotary speed of blower, higher air speed. The supply air volume should be increased only when the filter resistace is increased.
Compared with VFD control mode, the PLC control mode is an advance version based on VFD control mode, it is more intelligent and convenient in operation. Equiped with differential pressure sensor (Brand: DWYER), Air speed sensor (Brand: E+E), PLC control system can automacially control airflow speed, lighting, and display the real-time downstream airflow speed, and the differential pressures of the three-stage filters. When the values of airflow speed and differential pressure exceed the set ones, the buzzer will make alarming sound.

What’s the lead time for my order?

A: The warranty period we guarantee to our customer is 1 year after the booth leaving our factory
Can your booth be disassembled to go into my exisiting room?
A: Pleas your attention should be attached to the following:

What should I know before placing order?
A: Yes. The medium (WDDB-2000) and the biggest size(WDDB-2500) are assembled type when leaving our factory. For the smallest model (WDDB-1500), if required, it can be designed to be the same.
